Fourth Dimensional Ray Meditation -Light-worker (Chakra Balancing Meditation)

Little did I know how powerful this meditation was for me. I literally couldn't

stop buzzing and my Third Eye wouldn't stop buzzing, pulsing and vibrating.

It woke me up and I couldn't sleep.

I have since learned, that when we sleep our spiritual self continues to work,

and learn. It's at times when we sleep that we do the most learning, downloading

information and when the time is right, we pull it from our brain -hard drive.

In this Blog and my Youtube Vlog, I'm going to show you the meditation my

angels guided me to create to balance and activate the, "Fourth Dimensional Rays."

This meditation will activate your Lightworker, Body of Light. 

You'll be doing a meditation that will lift the veil and have you resonating at a 

higher vibration, because we will be activating our Body of Light chakras.

The main reason I made this meditation is because:

I love that it will bring healing to a lot of you and so I'm excited to guide you 

through the meditation.

Pay attention, and see how you feel during and after the meditation. Feel and see

if you feel anything at night whilst you sleep. See if you have divine dreams.

Before putting my meditation on YouTube, I had the most amazing dream.
After I'm guided by my angels to create meditations, I always, always do them.
It seems to me that I work better off with my own meditations and I get more results

Last night, I had a dream that I could see these huge angels in the sky. They were

twice the size of the statue of liberty. I saw cherubs, and angels in the sky. I was not

overwhelmed as I've been before. 

One time I saw droves of cherubs with trumpets, and I was so overwhelmed because 

they consumed every inch of the sky, flying super, super fast. It was too much for me

I became so overwhelmed.

Last night when I saw the huge angels I didn't hesitate, I was so excited. I once

saw angels this big too and that too overwhelmed. me, but not last night.

They even guided me to make some music and I got to hear them sing once again.

Last time I heard them sing was 15 years ago, and I will never forget, the powerful,
beauty and resonance of their voice.

I even saw myself with angel wings and I was flying all over the place.

So, I ask that you keep a journal and see what happens to you.

                                                                                                                             

My angels guide me so much into teaching people how to feel and sense

energy.  They tell me this is important because we are all created of energy and
when we pass, we once again resonate in pure energy. So it's easier for us to feel
energy then to see energy.

The other message they always stress to me is that we are all loved,

created by the Divine light, we are one and never separated. They stress 

this message so profoundly to me, and always ask me to stress that to you.

If you are awakened by the strong resonance, ask your chakras and angels to

help you tone down the chakras to your level of comfort so that you may be

comfortable throughout the day. But, please know, that if you feel a strong

resonance it's because your chakras are working and balancing themselves. 

It's because you have awakened those chakras, and are learning to feel them.
So it may take a little getting used to.
If it's too much, remember to ask your angels and the chakras to tone them down
to the level that is comfortable for you and, and see them decrease in size.

What's a light-worker?                                                                                              

Some people refer to light-workers as earth angels. 

An example would be:

Humanitarians

People who fight for human rights

People who protect our planet 

People who feed the hungry

People who work for the best of humanity, our planet and so on.

People who volunteer and give their time for humane services.

Shelters, to feed the needy and so on.

We are all human and we don't have to be a nuns to be a lightworker.

Our angels and God know we all have our moments.
We are all here to learn and grown.

Lets take an Angel Bath (Angel Elixir Bath)

My angels guided me to create an angel bath. They informed me that it would help with clearing my energy

and that it would be soothing. A plus would be, that I would be resonating at a higher vibration. That did 

happen, and I couldn't stop buzzing.

Why and Angel Bath?

Throughout the day we pick up gunk, energy from our surroundings and others; and this lowers our energy.

We might even pick up other's energies and attach them to us. It never fails that if I notice a pimple on someone, 

I will get a pimple on the same spot! That's what I get for focusing too much energy!

Have you ever experienced being around someone who is not very pleasant to be around; like a family member

(Yay, the in-laws are coming for Christmas!), co-worker; telling you all about their problems or complaining about 

another co-worker,  or someone at the checkout? Unbeknown to us, all this tends to take a toll on us, drains 

us and lowers our energy.

So my angels suggested I create an angel bath. When you bathe, you charge and clear your energy.

You'll feel lighter and your energy will be buzzing at a higher vibration. This can also be very healing to

you, because you'll be releasing energy. This is good, because if you are unbalanced and are resonating

at a low energy, this creates body soreness, stiffness and more importantly ailments, (we don't wan't none of that.)

The easiest way to release all this tension is to take a warm bath, with bath salts of your choosing.

I have been told that dead sea salts are the best, due to their high concentration, but any bath salt will do,

including epson salt. Just add 1 - 1.5 cups of salt to your warm bath, and relax and soak it all in.

   
     Call on your angels and Archangel Raphael, who is a healing angel, and ask them to
     assist you in this healing angel bath.
     Picture the stress oozing out of your pores into the bath water, whilst the steam of the
     bath is the divine, angelic, clearing light. This radiating light your angels are sending is
     kissing your skin, infusing it with the divine light.
     This clears, charges you and raises your vibration.

Option 1:

You may decided to take a bath, and as you wash yourself, feel that you are also cleansing your energy.

When you are done, and while draining your bath, ask the earth to clear the energy and recycle it 

into positive energy as it drains down the tub.

Option 2:
Call on your angels and archangel Raphael.
You may drain the bath and ask the earth to clear the energy and recycle it into positive energy.
Take a shower and see the shower water be divine water, bathing you and clearing your energy.
This water not only clears your energy but it charges it.
Take your shower and when you wash with the soap ask the angels to help you clear and clean
the energy as you wash yourself.

Adding Crystals to Your Bath. = Bath Elixir                                                                               

You may add a few of your favorite crystals or you may add a few clearing crystals.

Crystals resonate with certain vibrations that aide in clearing energies, and enhancing energies, in

healing, raising and developing your intuition.

     In a water, protective, glass container put the crystals of your choice.
     You may include the following:

     Clear Quartz: A master stone, it is good for enhancing other crystals plus, you can program
     clear quartz to do anything you'd like. For example: heal, clear, open your third eye.
     If you need an amethyst and don't have one, but have a clear quartz, you can program
     the clear quartz to do what the amethyst would do.

     Black Obsidian: Is good for protection, purification and grounding

     Kyanite: Doesn't need to be cleared because it doesn't retain negative vibrations or energy. It's
     great for meditation, attunement, cuts through fears and blockages. My angels told me Blue
     Kyanite also helps with communicating with them. Do not wet, it dissolves.

     Clear Calcite: Helps align you. It's said it contains knowledge helping discover what your higher
     self purpose is. Helps connect you to the divine, helps with healing and reduces stress.
     Great for astral travel and channeling.  Calcite is very fragile and breaks easily.

     Amethyst: Helps with personal losses and grievance. Helps bring happiness, and emotional stability
     and inner strength. Helps give strength if anyone is overcoming addictions.
     This is a great healing stone and helps open up your intuition.

I also include the angel crystals: Celestite and Angelite.

Angelite: Do not wet, it will dissolve and change the metaphysical properties.

Celestite

     Once you have placed your crystals in a sealed waterproof container, this is done because some
     crystals cannot be wet, or they will start dissolve and water sometimes changes their properties.
     Place it in your bath tub.
     Fill the bathtub to about 3 inches of water.
     Let the crystals sit there for 3 hours, or overnight, so that it may charge.

         When you place the crystals in the water, or when placing the crystals in the bath:
         Call on your angels and the Divine Light and ask to be protected by the Divine light
         See yourself drinking the divine light, from the top of your head and drinking in
         the earths energy through the souls of your feet.
         See the divine light and the earths energy charge your bath and also picture the divine
         light and earth's light radiate out the palms of your hands.
         Face the palms down, facing the water.
         Ask the angels and the Divine Light to charge your water so that you may clear your
         body, heal it and charge it.  Say it with intent and faith.

You may add Essential Oils: Essential oils help set the mood for a calm uplifting bath.
I use Lavender to relax and lemongrass and orange to also help lift me up. Make sure they are essential
oils. Ebay has a lot of great Ebayers who produce their own Essential Oils.

  ****Always do a self check with the essential oils to make sure you don't have any allergic reaction.  

        Orange can be very reactive to some.  Always use safety precautions and common sense when 

                                          using oils and candles and incense.*******                                             

        I add 2 -3 drops of each of the essential oils to my bath, when I'm done placing the crystals.

Incense: I use Myrrh and or Frankincense: These are known as purification incense and I love the way the smell. This helps set the relaxing mood.

Candle:  You may light a candle of your choice to set the mood for a relaxing, healing bath.

                         *****Place them in a flat, safe area******                           

              *****Please don't fall asleep, I want you to be safe*******              

       Once the bath is charged, (3 hours or overnight)  fill the bath to a safety level, fill it with warm water.

        Remove the crystals, you may also play some soothing, angel music, or do an angel meditation.
