Angel Love Meditation
Message from High Being Tunik and the Angel Alhesis of Love, and How to Love Yourself.
One of the most important messages that I always receive from the/my angels is that we're all loved.
They can't emphasize this message enough.
It truly breaks my heart when I see friends and loved ones place their self worth by the love of others.
How can one truly know what love is, if one doesn't love themselves first?
I'm not saying not to allow others to love you, by all means, there is nothing more beautiful than feeling the love a parent, partner, children, family, friends and strangers give you.
Unfortunately, a lot of us forget about ourselves, and if we don't take care of ourselves, and love ourselves, who will?
My daughter Rachelle and I were talking to the angels and the angel Alhesis came through. Rachelle said he had 6 wings, and he came in as strong as an Archangel, but stated he wasn't an Archangel.
He came in saying, "I love all of you" and to learn to love yourself. The quickest way to love yourself is to place little post it notes, with the words, "I love Me" or "I love You" on a mirror, and every time you look at yourself in the mirror, to read it and say it outloud. After a while it will sink in, that you do love yourself.
Do whatever makes you happy.
If drawing, going out for a walk, gardening, crafting makes you happy, then do it.
Treat yourself.
Take a; Me day.
Go out and have a Spa day.
Get a massage.
Relax.
Go for some ice cream.
Buy whatever makes you happy.
No matter how silly you may think it is, do it. But, do it responsibly, make sure you don't go above your means, and that you can afford it.
Alhesis, stated it's a very easy concept, but that our world has complicated it. We label what love is supposed to be. We allow others to tell us what love is supposed to be and who is to be more loved.
The media, internet, magazines place unrealistic images,concepts, ideals, ideas, of what love and who love is to be fore.
He stated all babies are born loving naturally, then we become conditioned by society.
He stated if no love has ever been shown to us, to get a pet if circumstances allow it. A cat, dog, bird shows his owner love, he even said a fish can show us love.
An image the angels always show me is the image of strings in our hearts, musical strings. The show me the strings playing and vibrating with the most beautiful melody. And they always state to me that this melody runs and vibrates in each and everyone of us, because we were created of love. And that love resonates within every fiber of our soul, because; We Are Love, literally.
