Learning Proper Breath-work for Angel Communication

I'd been communicating with my Angels for 15 years and had never given breath-work
much thought. My angels began to nudge me and guide me in proper breath-work and
when I did, I easily reached a divinely, altered state.

Breathing properly increases oxygen and slows and clears the mind. It's through breathing
that we breathe in the the earth's energy and divine light absorbing it through every cell of
our body. We also release anything negative that's bothering us and unbalancing and
muddying our chakras.

With breath-work we are essentially charging and raising our energy so that our angels can
lower their energies so that they can match ours for communication.  Remember that angels
angels are created of pure, divine light. We are not able to raise our energy to match theirs,
their light is extremely powerful. So the angels lower their energy to connect with us.
Like a radio station we --us and our angels-- work together to meet somewhere in the middle
to reach a common frequency for reception.Once you start doing your breathing to connect
with your angel, you'll immediately notice yourself tingling and tuning up for your angels.

When something is bothering you, you've had a bad day, someone or an incident really
raised your blood pressure, you can do the breathing exercises to release the situation,
or scenario.

Breath-work also helps activate, balance, clear and charge your chakras.
  • I will write a future blog on that along with a video.
Proper Breathing
We must begin to breathe with our stomachs and not our chest.
When we breathe through our stomach, it raises on each inhalation.
When we exhale it should sink in.
Place your hand over your stomach, this is your proper breathing guide.
Your hand should rise with every inhalation and drop with the exhalation.

Lets give it a try.

  • Inhale slowly through your nose, for a count of 4. (Your hand and stomach should raise.)
  • Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
  • Slowly exhale through the mouth for a count of 4 or 6. (Your hand and stomach should fall.)

Give it a try with 3-5 repetitions. **If you become light headed stop**

How did that feel?
Light headed?
If so, stop for now.
You become light headed due to all the carbon dioxide being and stale air.
The more you practice, the longer your reps.

Placement of the tongue during breathing.

Now, let's give another try but, this time gently place (with no pressure)
your tongue on the top palettes ridge, behind your teeth.

     **Say, "Tom."
Feel the placement of your tongue when you pronounce the "T" in Tom.
That's  where your tongue needs to be.

This creates a continual flowing circle of taking in the divine light.
Basically creating a divine electrical current.

This is the type of breathing we need to be doing when we are entering the
meditative state. So that we get to an altered state quickly and so that it flows
through us and so that we remain in that state.

As you go deeply into your meditation you will eventually fall into your own
rhythmic breathing.

Practice

  • Try practicing the breathing exercise, increasing the number of repetitions.
